Updates from PTA

Fun Run is tomorrow!!  Everyone is welcome to come out and cheer on our students.  After the Fun Run is over and during your track out, you can still collect money.  The final due date is May 2nd.

Every Tuesday night from 4-8 is Spirit Night at Jersey Mike's on 1010 and 401.  Banks Road keeps 20% of all proceeds.  Make sure your child mentions their teacher's name, they are going to be doing contest to see which class get the most participation.

Beautification Day is Saturday, April 5th from 8:30 - 12:30.  Please come out and help, even if it is only for a short time.  There will be a sign in sheet for students, so each student will get a compass coin for their class!

Family Fun Night is scheduled for Thursday, April 24th at 6:00.  There will be FREE Bingo and lots of great prizes.  

2 Important Updates

*After reviewing instructional hours for students and transportation needs for the district, we are going to cancel the make up day scheduled for Saturday, March 29. Instead, we will be extending the YR Early Release day on Friday, March 28 to a full day of instruction.

*Our field trip to Marbles will be in June.  I will update you with more specific information once it is finalized.  

Student Led Conferences Update

March 24, 2014

Dear Parents,

This past Saturday (3-24), I sent home a letter about student led conferences.  In that letter I noted that student led conferences would occur this coming Saturday (3-29).  Please disregard this date!  Student led conferences for this coming Saturday are cancelled and being rescheduled for April 21^st and April 22nd.  Please look for the sign up sheet sent home in your child's green daily folder.  Thank you!

Report Cards

Report cards will not be sent home this Friday.  Track 4 report cards will now be sent home on April 24th.  If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.  Thanks!

Saturday School-Message from Student Council

Track 4 does have school this coming Saturday as well as next Saturday!  School will dismiss at 12:45. Let's celebrate being at school this Saturday by cheering on our favorite college teams! Wear your college team's T-shirt :)

Please look for your child's teacher's name under the "Class Session" column and sign up for that session.
Please note the date and time of the session you signed up for in your calendar and plan to wear clothes that can get messy. We will be working with dyes or spray paint that can permanently stain clothing.
